Returns Policy

At Royal Gold Mall, we take pride in offering high-quality gold, silver, and gemstone products. Due to the nature of precious metals and market value fluctuations, our return policy is more limited than standard retail.

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for eligible items only. To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, including all packaging, certificates, and tamper-proof seals.

Please note that bullion products (gold bars, silver bars, coins), customized items, and final sale products are non-returnable.

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other approved returns, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account.
